Registration of Food Premises

Every person who manufactures, prepares, preserves, packages, stores any food for sale or offers for sale in a premises shall make an application (download below) for the registration of such premises and submit it to the relevant Food Authority(Batticaloa Municipal Council), along with the certified copies of the relevant documents, the report on medical examination of food handlers (download below) and with the application processing fee. for more information please go through the regulations (download bellow)
